Links, reciprocal from India Sunday, 29 August 2010

I am bombarded daily by SEO companies asking for links from my well ranked client sites in exchange for reciprocal links or 3 way links back from totally rubbish pages. Isnt it amazing how many India tours and airport parking websites there are around. The campaign managers are usually named Sonia or some other similarly western name! and the email message is always in broken English praising my wonderful website and explaining how we can help each other to get high in Google!  
Does anyone link to these on the promise of a link back from zero ranked pages? I guess some must be fooled into doing it. My clients often think it would be a good idea to reciprocate, especially as it will take them higher in Google!
Now the latest email offering great copywriting service all written in Mumbai English, I just had to laugh.
